The M133W from Winmate is a fully rugged IP65 waterproof and dustproof tablet with MIL-STD-810G certification. Enclosed in magnesium alloy and chunky rubber housing, the ultra rugged design incorporates a carry handle which folds down into a kickstand, making the unit ideal for use in heavy industry environments such as quarries and building sites.

This Windows based tablet is powerful, handling processing through the Intel Core i5-5200U Broadwell 2.2GHz (turbo to 2.7GHz) CPU. Memory is via SODIMM DDR3L slot (up to 16GB) and storage can be up to 1TB with an SSD, plus there are a further 2 x internal M.2 slots. The panel itself is 13.3 inch in a resolution of 1920 x 1080 with a brightness of 350 NITS (if optical bonding is applied). The touch technology is multi-touch projected capacitive with glove, rain and stylus modes. Wireless communication is via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS with the option of adding 4G or 3G. I/O ports on this utilitarian tablet computer are protected when not in use by rubberised flaps. The actual I/O ports include 1 x HDMI, 1 x LAN, 1 x COM, 2 x USB 3.0, 2 x USB 2.0, 1 x headphone combo, 1 x docking connector, 1 x SD Card slot and an expansion window for a smart card or barcode reader (options).
