Modbus Gateways
Modbus gateways are devices that enable communication between two different types of Modbus networks, such as Modbus serial and Modbus TCP/IP. They can also be used to bridge two physically separated networks, such as a local area network (LAN) and an industrial control system (ICS). These gateways allow different types of devices to connect to the same network, helping to reduce wiring costs and eliminate potential compatibility issues.
