AP/Bridges/Repeaters
Access Points (APs), Bridges, and Repeaters are all integral components of networking. An Access Point is a device that creates a wireless local area network, often within a business environment, allowing devices to connect to the internet without the need for a physical cable connection. A Bridge, on the other hand, is a device that connects two or more networks together, often extending the reach of a network. Lastly, a Repeater is a device that receives a signal and retransmits it at a higher level or higher power, effectively extending the distance that the signal can travel and therefore expanding the reach of the network.
