The ICO310 by Axiomtek is a robust IoT gateway which is powered by PoE, there is no need for an external power supply. It's a DIN mounted fanless embedded system based around a choice of Intel Celeron Braswell (codename) pair of processors, the N3060 1.6GHz dual core or the N3160 1.6GHz quad core. These processors have a low power consumption and competitive performance for the affordable price. The I/O on this embedded field controller includes 2x RS232/422/485 serial ports, 2x Ethernet LAN, 2x USB 2.0, 2x USB 3.0, 1x VGA port and a DIO interface. 2x PCIe Mini card slots, 3x internal antennas and 1x SIM card slot allow for 3G/GPRS and Wi-Fi connections. Together with wide DC voltage input these features make the ICO 310 a great fit for industrial IoT (Internet of Things) applications like smart factory automation, facility monitoring systems and smart energy.
